How do I get my hands on it?

• Once purchased through my online store, the digital PDF document will be available for download instantly through a download link online via the payment confirmation screen or via email. Check your spam or junk folders if you can’t find it! Send us an email if you’re having troubles.
• The PDF file is quite large so it might take 30 seconds to download.

Will I always be able to access the guide?

• Yes, you have lifetime access! If there are any updates or additional waterfalls (I haven’t found them all yet) you will receive these without any additional cost through the email in which you purchased the guide. If you’re missing the original email please get in contact with us and we will resend your download link.
• If any new waterfalls have been added since your initial purchase you’ll be able to find these by redownloading the guide from your original purchase download link.

Why haven’t you included every waterfall in Victoria?

• Some waterfalls in Victoria have been permanently or temporarily closed due to extended upgrade works, storm damage, unstable cliffs or another adverse situation and therefore I have removed or not added these to my guide. I will be monitoring access to these sites and will add them in if anything changes in the future.
• Some waterfalls in Victoria are on private property or aren’t accessible to the public via a designated track or path and because of this I have not deemed it safe enough to add to my guide. I want my guide and waterfall chasing to be as inclusive as possible and I don’t feel it necessary to include waterfalls that you aren’t able to physically get to (I mean come on, that’s the biggest tease ever)!
• Some waterfalls I have visited in Victoria weren’t really worth the trip or I felt considerably underwhelmed by them. The main reason is because the view was obscured and you couldn’t actually see the waterfall (if I do add it, this is mentioned in my notes). In short, it has to be worth adding to my itinerary for it to be a suggestion for yours (only giving you the good stuff here).
• I maybe just haven’t visited it yet but I’m sure it’s on my list! Send me a DM on Instagram or an email elisestraveldiary@gmail.com with your waterfall requests and suggestions and I’ll make sure I visit them when I can.

I bought multiple copies of the guide, can I gift a copy to a friend?

• Yes, if you’ve purchased the guide more than once send us an email and we’ll add the name and email of the recipient of the gifted guide to our data base so they can receive any updates in the future free of charge, just like you!

How many waterfalls in the guide are dog friendly?

• There are currently 34 waterfalls listed in the guide where dogs are allowed. Please clean up after them and keep them on a leash.
